This Platform allows users to access mathematics solution materials such as lessons, quizzes, tests, assignments, and other learning resources. Once users complete the registration process and subscribe to access specific content, such content and related materials will be made available to them. Users will also receive notifications about any new features available on the Platform, along with the necessary steps or conditions for activating these features, when applicable.

5.1. Audio clips, video clips, study guides, e-books, quizzes, assessments, assignments, games, interactive simulations, news articles, photographs, images, and illustrations are collectively referred to as the "Content,” on this Site. They are intended for your personal and non-commercial use. The Content, is protected by copyright and is either owned by A1Quest or controlled by the party credited as the content provider.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Therefore, you are not authorized to copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, republish, or create derivative works from the Content on other websites without obtaining our permission. You must seek our permission to use any of the Content or intellectual property rights.

11.1. The address you provide to us in the registration form serves as your designated address for receiving notifications and serving legal documents. It is your responsibility to promptly inform us of any changes to your physical, postal, email address, or telephone number.

A1Quest, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, AND EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR INCOME, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF A1QUEST HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts for resolution of disputes.

20.1. These Terms supersede any previous written or oral agreements between you and Kanga regarding the Service.
20.2. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide to us are entirely voluntary, and we reserve the right to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions in any way we deem appropriate, with no obligation to you.
20.3. If any part of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
20.4. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

For the purposes of these Terms, ‘force majeure’ means any circumstances not foreseeable at the date of these Terms and not within reasonable control of A1Quest, including any action taken by a governmental or public authority of any kind, any civil commotion or disorder, riot, invasion, war, threat of war, preparation for war, any accident, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, pandemic, epidemic, or any other natural physical disaster. If and to the extent that A1Quest is prevented or delayed by force majeure, A1Quest shall notify you specifying the nature, extent, effect, and likely duration of the circumstances constituting the force majeure and shall be relieved of any liability for failure to carry out its undertakings during such a force majeure event.
20.2. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide to us are entirely voluntary, and we reserve the right to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions in any way we deem appropriate, with no obligation to you.
